Founded by three high school musicians in the United States, Loving Crescendos was born from a simple realization: the instruments we often take for granted are instruments of profound change in developing communities.
What started as a local instrument drive has evolved into a sustainable nonprofit ecosystem that provides professional-grade classical music education and resources to youth in Tanzania, fostering a new generation of artistic excellence.

Min-jun oversees the strategic direction and partnership development of Loving Crescendos. An award-winning cellist, he leads our international logistics and instrument procurement.

Hana designs our curriculum and manages the team of volunteer instructors. Her focus is on integrating traditional Tanzanian melodies with classical techniques to create a unique cultural fusion.

Ji-ho manages the foundation's operations, finances, and digital presence. He ensures that our fundraising efforts are transparent and that our ground operations in Tanzania run seamlessly.
